PactBase uses practical controls for restricted administration access, workspace isolation, least-privilege roles and accountable records.
Application safeguards
- Restricted password access with super-admin authorization checks.
- Multi-factor authentication required for super-admin operations.
- Workspace-scoped row-level access controls and private storage paths.
- Approved versions and financial records are immutable; corrections use versions or reversals.
Operational controls
We maintain deployment, recovery and access-control procedures for the platform. Security configuration, email delivery and monitoring are reviewed as part of ongoing operational work.
