These terms describe the intended PactBase service posture while final terms are completed with professional review. They are not final legal terms.
Service scope
PactBase supports collaboration, governance workflows and settlement preparation. It is not accounting software, a general ledger, payroll, tax advice, bank reconciliation, legal-record software or a substitute for professional advice.
Workspace responsibility
Each workspace remains responsible for the accuracy, authority, approvals and legal effect of its own records and decisions. Participants must use appropriate roles and protect their account access.
Final legal terms
Final support, availability, liability, governing law, notices, data export and termination terms will be completed before these terms are relied upon as the final contract.
